Integrity went above and beyond for me. My home was hit by a

tornado on July 6, 2022 Needless to say, my insurance and mortgage

company worked very hard to drag their feet and left me for 79 days

with no roof (roof was completely ripped off and the majority of it

ONLY had layers of tarps protecting the inside of my home). Shaun came

and looked at my roof, gave me an estimate, and then worked with me to

schedule my emergency roofing once my roof was rebuilt. Not only is my

roof beautiful, with amazing quality, but Integrity was there for me

when my insurance and mortgage company wasn't. I am so grateful to them and I will always share my experience with everyone. Needing to get new

shingles is very different from needing a roof to save everything in

my home. I can't thank Integrity enough -

I had to have a chimney removed, lots of wood repaired, a gutter rehung, and lots of odd angles for my roof. It was a lot of money, but after all the quality work and the warranty that comes with the work and how I didn't have to worry about a thing the entire time, it was worth every penny.

They did their best in a very tight location to not destroy plants, some did get messed up, but it could have been completely ruined. They also stacked all the bricks for me to save for later use from my chimney and left the extra shingles behind!

My wife and I have never had to have roof and gutter work before and we needed to get a new roof and gutters because it was 25 years old. I contacted four. Companies to come out and quote. The companies were small, medium and large size. From the beginning we were impressed with Integrity 1st Roofing and especially Shaun. He was on time, easy to talk to, explained the options well, made us feel like family, no pressure and just all around nice guy. We picked him as his price followed suit not to mention they allow payment via credit card without an upcharge and gave us a great bang for our buck. Everything was custom and he walked us through it all. On time and even finished the job earlier than expected. Subcontractors were good, quick, nice, and did a good job cleaning up. Shaun was onsite to make sure all went well. Even came back to fix some minor changes we wanted after the job was done and did it with a smile and without nickel and diming us. They have done a first rate job from start to finish. Their focus is on securing your home from the elements. Shaun doesn’t give a sales pitch but rather provides ample information about type and styles of quality materials that they use. I did a ton of research on roofing including talking to former roofer (who has since retired). I also compared the materials, pricing and reviews with other roofing companies but kept coming back to Integrity 1st as they were superior in all facets. I felt that their pricing was very competitive for the types of materials they use and the quality of work they provide. We decided to delay installation until the cold weather had passed but when I noticed a small leak, Shaun was able to move the date up to make our roofing a top priority. Installation of roof was done in a highly efficient manner from a dedicated crew that was there to get the job done. They discovered deficiencies in the frame of our house (neglect from the builder) and were able to correct. My wife and I have zero complaints about the installation process. Shaun and his crew did their best to minimize damage to the surrounding plants and took care to remove all nails. We had some questions afterwards and Shaun responded in a timely manner.
